STEP 1 : After login, select the MY icon on the top right




















STEP 2 : Move to the bottom of the page 개인＞1:1문의













STEP 3 : After jumping to the page, select 해외 거주 고객 성인인증 접수


















STEP 4 : Fill in the following information



After completing the above steps, wait patiently for Ridibooks customer service to reply



After receiving the reply, PLEASE REMEMBER TO LOGIN AGAIN 

Otherwise, you will not be able to watch 19+ content!



**The passport only needs your name, date of birth & gender, the rest of the information can be blurred.
